Humans Don't Have A Pollution Problem We have A Design Problem

Nu Range Development L.L.C. was founded in 2018 with a mission to become the world leader in sustainable development, creating homes and communities that benefit the people, natural world, and future generations. We operate in two main segments, redevelopment which consists of taking existing buildings and upgrading them to become more sustainable structures and ground up development using cradle to cradle design. If we designed products from the beginning to not end up in a landfill this would be a very different world. We believe by smartly designing our structures we can reduce waste and create buildings that truly will be more than one stop on the way to a landfill. 

 

We exist to bring development into the new environmental era.  We seek to have each home or building blend and more closely reflect their local ecosystems. We use environmentally conscious, responsibly or sustainably sourced products, that are health focused and try to use as many reclaimed materials as possible. Our company is guided by a commitment to future generations though environmental modernization, shared responsibility, and altruism.  Sustainable development creates a better world locally and globally by reducing our environmental impact, spurring economic growth, and having positive social impacts.
