Redevelopment

"You have one life and, like a tree, you can create abundance, a profusion. You are a known positive. No need to think of yourself as misplaced in the natural world, or that you cause destruction with your presence."

- The Upcycle

There are hundreds of thousands of buildings on this planet. Construction is no green thumb and many of these legacy buildings were not built with the environment or emissions in mind. We believe there is a path to redefine the world through the redevelopment of existing structures. To create a sustainable home the goal is simple, to have the building produce more energy than it uses. This however isn't always feasible financially at least not right away.

While we work towards converting these unsustainable homes we look into several other areas of opportunity. Indoor air, water, and health are just as important in creating a complete structure that nourishes both its occupants and its surroundings.

Our project units use low VOC and health conscious products whenever we perform renovations. Ecos paints, sustainably sourced products, reclaimed building materials, and energy efficiency are among some of the concepts we seek to employ. In addition we test our homes water quality after purchasing and where lead water pipes still feed our properties we are installing whole house or under sink heavy metal water filters. We believe the health of our occupants is part of our responsibility, and we don't take that lightly. The opportunity to create nourishing spaces is far more thrilling and rewarding than buildings that maintain the status quo.

with our presence we will create an environment that is a part of the natural world, building abundance and positivity for all.

Our Projects.

Nu Range Development has currently worked on four projects within the Milwaukee area and is continuing to grow. We look forward to taking even bigger steps forward and pursuing more projects in the next year. Below is a snapshot of our homes that have been completed or are currently undergoing a rehab.
