Community Kitchen
Reclaimed cabinets and tile.
Kitchen cabinets were reclaimed and repurposed materials. The tile back splash came from The Community Warehouse in Milwaukee where surplus building materials are donated to help the community.
Breathe Easy
Low Voc Paint and Flooring
All paint used in the property was from ECOS paints, a health focused, no VOC paint that is both beautiful and safe. The flooring is from Cali Bamboo and is a low VOC flooring that is durable but easy on the eyes and lungs. Sustainably sourced butcher block counters and LED lighting are the finishing touches on this beautiful healthy kitchen


Water Focus
Watersense fixtures, refinished tub, and new flooring
The tub was refinished to prevent the need to buy a new one. The vanity and sink were reused to prevent waste. A new shower head and faucet were EPA watersense certified to save water. Finally the new flooring that was used in the kitchen was also added here.
Sleep Easy
Ecos Paints and a relaxing color
The bedrooms received new trim and a fredh coat of paint throughout. The paint was ECOS health focused paint and the color was a relaxing blue known to help people calm down and relax, perfect for the bedroom space. New wired smoke and CO detectors were added throughout to increase safety.
